Today has been a rest day, tomorrow back on the bike, again working on spinning technique.
Got a lot of support from the Facebook group and total sponsorship up to about $470 which is awesome.
Got a call from Dusty at Probiotec (Celebrity Slim) about using some of their new supplement product Redbak, hopefully will have some of it soon so that will be great!
